We currently have a PHP Developer position available for an intermediate to senior-level individual with the skills and qualifications listed below.
The position entails working in conjunction with the Development Manager to:
- Perform analysis on new and existing projects
- Manage project milestones, tasks, deadlines and resources based on best practices
- Develop PHP and MySQL-based websites and web-based business systems through clear processes
- Perform testing & quality assurance on work completed
Candidates should be familiar with:
- Standards-based development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- The PHP programming language and object-oriented development methodologies
- MySQL database systems and relational database design
- Subversion or other version control software
Skills required:
- Ability to handle workloads efficiently and within deadlines

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Qualifications required:
- Matric
- Formal diploma or degree in Information Systems, or a similar qualification
- Minimum of 2 yearsʼ working experience
