New Client Portal

We have launched a new Client Portal. This gives our clients instant access to all of their service and support information. We strive to deliver superior customer service at all times, and this Client Portal ensures that clients instantly can access their information.
Our new Client Portal gives clients control of their service. They are informed and can access important information immediately by logging on at: http://support.gsol.co.za/
This will add value to our service offerings, because clients have direct access to all their existing information 24 hours a day. If a client is missing an invoice, they can easily login and access it immediately on the portal.
Clients can immediately:
- View their existing support tickets and create new ones
- View all historical invoices and payments
- Update and add their details (name, phone numbers, email address, company VAT number)
- View their existing products and services
- Order new products and services online
- Access a knowledgebase and much more!

Clients are encouraged to log in and update their contact details. We aim to keep our customers more than happy, and we know that this Client Portal will help to alleviate queries from customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
We will be hosting training for our clients, on how to use the Client Portal, at our offices in Cape Town. The training is free, and drinks and snacks will be provided.
