The position will require a sound knowledge of all financial facets required by a SME. It involves the full accounting function up to Balance Sheet, debtors and creditors function, annual and monthly Journals, assist with SARS statutory requirements, compiling annual financial pack for Auditors, payroll, general HR duties, filing, stock Management, assist with monthly management accounts and monthly processing.

IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line

As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer at GSolutions, you will be expected to take ownership of challenging projects and technical issues within the Company. You will, wherever possible, endeavor to provide technical mentorship to other members of the team, whilst also being open to taking instruction when appropriate. As the majority of work is logged via our helpdesk, you will naturally have proven track experience working with, and possibly implementing helpdesk solutions for previous employers. As the devil is usually in the detail, a highly analytical approach to problem-solving would be a significant benefit.

IT Sales Admin Position

The position will require a sound knowledge of IT Hardware at both a system and component level. Hardware quoting, procurement, stock control and invoicing will form part of the role and should be done in a knowledgeable manner to ensure our customers receive the most appropriate infrastructure relevant to their requirements. Vendor and relationships will need to be maintained and enhanced including but not limited to our Microsoft, Dell and Sophos partnerships. It will also involve assistance to the sales team with all other services offered by the business and tasks such as checking feasibility of various connectivity options, updating content on websites, assisting with marketing initiatives, ensuring customer service excellence and more will be required.
